What Sets Us Apart
=> Flexible Pre-Operative Involvement
We do not require you to perform the pre-op exam—although you are more than welcome to complete it. All we ask for are the patient records from your EHR system, which ensures a smooth transition and accurate assessment for surgery.
=> Comprehensive Post-Operative Care
We will handle the immediate post-operative care, seeing your patient at both the 1-day and 1-week follow-up appointments. Afterward, we return them to you for their 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year follow-up visits, all included in the co-management. This allows you to maintain the continuity of care and remain an essential part of your patient’s recovery journey.
How Our Co-Management Works
=> Pre-Operative Phase
When your patient is ready for surgery, refer them through our secure co-management portal. We’ll take care of scheduling the pre-operative assessments and any necessary imaging, based on the records you provide.
=> Surgical Care
We perform the surgery at our clinic using state-of-the-art technology. We ensure your patient receives personalized care and attention throughout the entire procedure.
=> Post-Operative Care
We will handle the immediate post-op appointments at 1-day and 1-week after surgery, and then send the patient back to your practice for the remainder of their follow-up care, at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year.
