Crystal Clear Vision Day or Night

Hello!

Did you know that EVO can correct your vision without removing any corneal tissue? This means that your corneal nerves are never disrupted, preventing dry eyes as side effect. Better still, your doctor can remove the lenses in the future if necessary. If you’re frustrated by contacts or glasses, we have the perfect solution – EVO.

At IQ Laser Vision, we offer EVO ICLs. This breakthrough technology gives you the chance to live your best life without having to deal with glasses or contacts.

Interested in EVO? Contact 626-779-8931 today to schedule your consultation with us.

Sincerely,
The Physicians and Staff at IQ Laser.

Q: How Does the EVO ICL Work?

EVO correct astigmatism and nearsightedness by allowing light to focus correctly on the retina. The ICL works together with your natural eye lens to make this possible. If you have a refractive error, light doesn’t focus on the retina as it should. The result is blurry images when looking at distant objects or distorted vision due to the astigmatism. But once EVO is implanted, it enables light to focus properly on your retina, leaving you with clear vision.

Q: Will EVO Need Maintenance?

Similar to other vision correction procedures, EVO is permanent and won’t require maintenance.

Q: What Happens During an EVO ICL Procedure?

Prior to your surgery, the surgeon applies anesthetic drops to numb your eyes. Your eyes will also be held in place with a special device so you won’t have to worry about blinking. From there, your ophthalmologist makes a tiny opening in the cornea through which the EVO ICL is inserted and properly positioned.

Q: What Should I Expect During Recovery?

You might be given pain medications and prescription eye drops. A couple days after your procedure you’ll need to return for a checkup so the doctor can ensure your eyes are healing well. Recovery from an EVO surgery is rapid since the incision made is considerably smaller compared to other vision correction procedures. Expect your vision to take 1 to 2 days to stabilize.

Q: Will I See of Feel the EVO ICL?

No. After it’s implanted, the EVO lens can’t be felt or seen. The only thing you’ll definitely notice is vibrant, clearer vision with more dimension and depth. What’s more, because the EVO ICL sits comfortably inside your eye, it removes the hassle of inserting, adjusting, and taking out your lenses daily. You can get up and go each morning and have more free time for yourself every day post-surgery.
